Last weekend, when I went down to help pack G, we stopped by the new place on Sunday for the keys. The place we are renting is owned by a couple who lived residency program billion years ago. They bought the condo at the worst possible time and of course now they (and the person on the street who did exactly the same error) can not sell it. We have picked up on a lease for a year for a really reasonable price. When we saw in April, I really took a shine to the property at that time he was still full of stuff owners.The neighborhood is pleasant, we have all the advantages of a yard with no maintenance, and is convenient to work with G without being in the middle of the ghetto that is teeming Barberton. As far as I understand, G and knowing the guy, but dude's wife (Mrs. owner, say, that G would probably love to emphasize that they are both doctors) is odd....
